Mike Pearson has been establishing new patterns and directions for commercial real estate in the Vail Valley and the Western Slope since he started Vail Commercial Advisors (now NAI Mountain Commercial) in 2006 gaining extensive real world experience. Pearson began his love of real estate growing up around a family construction business of 30 years. As a native Vail resident, Mike understands the mountain markets better than most. Not only that, but he cares about the community and land. Mike brings a comprehensive, yet unique, skillset to the real estate market. He has worked in several areas of construction, development, and project management and displays extensive knowledge in real estate sales, leasing, and management in several Colorado markets.
Mike commands a great deal of respect within the Vail Valley real estate community. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM). In addition, Mike holds an Accredited Residential Management certification, is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, and recently completed requirements for becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) making him one of the only professionals on the Western Slope to hold both the coveted CCIM and CPM designations. Mike offers his clients extensive real estate experience coupled with the adept ability to seamlessly transition the purchase or sale of a property.
Mike has boldly led his team to becoming one of the top investment brokerage companies on the Western Slope. Recently, Pearson and his team were selected by NAI Global to be the exclusive affiliate representing the resort markets of Colorado. Mike carries with him several recent accolades including Top Grossing Commercial Broker in Eagle County in 2012 with 49 transactions totaling $19M as well as Broker of the Year by Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers in recognition of his professional excellence and service in the RMCB organization. With Mike at the helm, NAI Mountain Commercial has a proven track record of conducting numerous high-dollar transactions as well as repositioning distressed assets into a profitable mode for disposition.
